Change Began With Us!!

We had a very exciting afternoon at FUSE Jesus Community! We had fun hanging out together with one another with impressive music and an inspiring and challenging message! Sally made her debut in the FUSE band singing, and later lead us in a game of marshmellow-whistling! It was amazing to see the talent of some our friends. Allan also shared his life story with us and how Jesus has made an impact in his life. Later, Mark shared a message about how change begins first in ourselves. He talked about the two types of people there are in life, and that if we want to see change in our lives, it comes when we begin with ourselves, through the help of Jesus! Wow! It was a great message, and we had some really good times in super-small groups talking. 前回のＦＪＣも超エキサイティングだった！最高な音楽とインスピレーションたっぷりな音楽で、みんなと楽しい時間を過ごしました！サリーはＦｕｓｅＢａｎｄのヴォーカリストデビュー♪その後マシュマロを口いっぱいに入れた状態で口笛を吹くっていうクレイジーなゲームをリードしてくれたよ。そしてアランのライフストーリーでは、イエスがどんな風に彼の人生を導き、インパクトを与えてくれたかについて分かち合ってくれた。マークのメッセージは「変化は自分から」！人には「救世士タイプ」と「被害者タイプ」がいて、それが壁になり自分自身がまずかわらなくちゃいけないっていうコンセプトを曇らせるんだって。でも、イエスはそんな私たちを助けてくれる。自分の変わらなければいけない部分に目を向け、変化を起こすチカラだって彼はくれるんだよ！すごい励ましでいっぱいのメッセージだった☆（メッセージは左のアイコンから動画配信してます！）

This week, there is a lot of stuff going on in FUSE Jesus Community! It will be Debbie and Allan's last weekend with us at the FUSE before Debbie returns to America and Allan to Korea. There will be a fun interview looking back at their time in Japan! Don't miss it! Also, afterward, we're going BOWLING!! We'll head to Round 1 after the FUSE meeting and practice our bowling skills.　今週のＦＪＣも盛りだくさん！デビーとアラン帰国前のラストのＦＪＣなので、みんな彼らに会う最後のチャンスを逃さないで！その後はボーリングパーティ♪ＦＪＣ終了後にラウンドワンへレッツゴー！

-Monday, May 24, we will have a Goodbye Party for Debbie and Allan. It will be at Noborito Ekklesia at 7pm on the 2nd Floor! If you don't know how to get there, meet at the Noborito Station at the Odakyu Line around 6:50 and someone with the FJC sign will be there to meet you! It will be a great time to say goodbye to them and show them our love. Everyone will bring a snack to share, so there will be lots of great food! FJC is OPEN every Saturday for ANYONE! We meet at a livehouse called Livezone Z in Machida, Tokyo from 3pm every Saturday. Getting Connected!

Hey everyone! We had another great evening at FUSE Jesus Community last Saturday! We all played a connecting game and the girls team won the prize. Way to go! Debbie also shared an encouraging message about connecting ourselves with God and staying connected! Everyone felt so good after hearing it. Afterward, we had a great time hanging out a local cafe. みなさんコンニチハ！前回のフューズ･ジーザス･コミュニティもスーパーでした！人間磁石ゲームで、みんな今までにないくらい絆を深め（？）、最終的にはガールズチームが勝利しました！イェイ♪そしてメッセージはＤｅｂｂｉｅ。命の源である神さまっていう木とつながっていることで、枝である私たちは人生において実を結ぶことができる。すごくパワフルなメッセージにみんな励まされてました☆そしてＦＪＣ終了後はＣａｆｅでもっとたくさんの良い会話が持てたね♪

This Saturday at FUSE Jesus Community is destined to be a wonderful time as well. We'll have our great FUSE band playing and Mark will give us a message about change. It's going to be a very powerful and hopeful message. Don't miss it! ALSO, please note that next Wednesday, the 19th, we're going to have a game night! It'll be a lot of fun! We'll meet at Saizeria in Machida for dinner at 6:30 and then go to Round 1 for some game time! On Saturday, May 22nd, after our FJC meeting, we'll go to Round 1 again for some bowling time! Be prepared for some fun!　次回のＦＪＣでも最高な時間を一緒に過ごしましょう！ＦｕｓｅＢａｎｄのライブ、そしてＭａｒｋのメッセージは「チェンジ」っていうタイトルでお届け予定☆みんなエネルギーをチャージしに来てね☆そして、来週水曜日（5月19日）に、ゲームナイトを企画してます！ともだちも誘って遊びに来てね！午後6:30に町田サイゼリアにてディナー、そのあとラウンドワンへレッツゴー！そして、5月22日（土曜）ＦＪＣ終了後、ラウンドワンにてボーリング大会もあり☆たのしみだね！

Second Chances!

Wow! What a great time we had together Saturday at FUSE JESUS COMMUNITY! It was a jam packed time as our friend Saki debuted on piano! What a great addition to the FUSE band! Also, we played a great new game called iPod karaoke with our friends Amy, Hannah and Debbie. It was so funny to see them try to sing Japanese songs! Speaking of Amy and Hannah, this was our last weekend with them, and so we had a good time hearing more about their experiences and time in Japan. Mark also shared on “Second Chances” in life, and challenged us on areas of our life where we may be needing that second chance. It was very inspiring! After FUSE, we all went to karaoke to enjoy our time together and have a great time singing songs. We got to see some real talent and got to have a lot of fun sharing time with one another.
Wow！前回のフューズ･ジーザス･コミュニティは最高だった！！ＳａｋｉがＦｕｓｅ　Ｂａｎｄのキーボーディストとしてデビューを飾ってくれた！ゲームではＡｍｙ，Ｈａｎｎａｈ，Ｄｅｂｂｉｅが日本のＰＯＰをＩＰＯＤを聞きながら歌って、その歌が何なのかをみんなが当てるっていう超面白いゲームだった☆先週はＡｍｙとＨａｎｎａｈにとっては最後のＦＪＣ。日本での思い出を語ってくれた。マークのメッセージは、人生における「2度目のチャンス」について。今までのやり方を捨てて、新しいスタートを切らなければいけないことがたくさんあるけど、神さまは私たちに常に2度目のチャンス、新たなスタートをくれる。ＦＪＣの後はみんなでカラオケへ行ったよ！みんなの歌やダンス、エンターテイナーぶりを垣間見ることができた♪

New friends, New lifestories...

This last weekend, we had another great day at the FUSE!! Our new friends showed us their juggling skills in an entertaining competition. Some there really had some talent! Janine also shared her life story with everyone and some things she's learned while journeying through life with her friend Jesus. The FUSE band, as always, provided us with energetic music! 前回のＦＪＣも最高な一日だった！初参加のＦｒｉｅｎｄｓがジャグリングに挑戦☆エンターテイナーぶりを競ってくれたよ！そして、Ｊａｎｉｎｅが自分のライフストーリーについて分かち合ってくれた。イエスと共に歩む人生の中で得た最高の宝の数々をパワフルに語ってくれた！そしてＦｕｓｅ　Ｂａｎｄのエネルギー溢れるライブも最高だった！

This weekend, don't miss as Mark shares with us about “Second Chances”! It will be great! Also, we all plan to go out to karaoke afterward, so please join us. We're going to have a fun time together. The Real Thing

Last Saturday at FUSE Jesus Community, there was lots of excitement as we headed to Round 1 for some bowling, games, and fun. We had great music from FUSE Band, a special song and game, and an awesome message from Mark on being "The Real Thing". 前回のFJCは、Round 1で大盛り上がり！ボーリングでみんなの新しいスキルも発見☆Fuseバンドのライブも最高だった♪そして、マークのメッセージは「ホンモノ」 (Watch the message on Vimeoここでメッセージが見られるよ)

This coming Saturday at FJC, please come for more upbeat music, a fun juggling game, and hang out with friends. Also, we get a special chance to hear Janine's story then. She will be staying in Japan long-term, and we are so excited to get to know her better!　今週のFJCもアップビートな音楽と参加型ゲーム、トモダチとの出会いで盛りだくさん！！そして、今週のメッセージはJanineが彼女のライフストーリーについて話してくれるよ。日本に長期滞在予定のJanineともっと仲良くなるチャンス☆

Power of Words

Last Saturday at FUSE Jesus Community, the game of "Telephone" showed how words can get twisted when passed along thru time. Then Debbie spoke on how powerful our words can be, to encourage someone or harm them. We also heard great music from the FUSE Band. 前回のFJCでは、伝言ゲームを通して、言葉がいかにコミュニケーションの中で曲がって伝わってしまうかの恐ろしさを知った！ゴシップって、怖いよね。そして、デビーのメッセージでは、私たちの言葉がいかに自分や周りの人たちの人生に命を与えられるのか、またはネガティブにさせてしまうのかっていう、言葉の持つ力の大きさについて語ってくれたよ。Fuseでは、みんなが命を得て、自分の本当の美しさとか、力強さとかを知って生きていけるように、みんなを励まし建て上げていきたい！！

This week at FUSE Jesus Community, there are a few special events. Our regular FJC meeting is on Saturday at 3pm in Machida, where we will have great music, a fun game, and encouraging message. This week, Mark will be speaking on "The Real Thing." Directly after, at 5:30pm, we will head over to Round One for some bowling, karaoke, and other fun games together. On Tuesday night, we also have a special event. There will be a Game Night at 7pm held at Tim and Christine's house. Come and play some fun games and enjoy some small snacks....email us for directions if they are needed!　次回のFJCでは、マークが「ほんもの」っていうメッセージをしてくれるよ。そして、その後PM５：３０は町田のラウンド１へレッツゴー！！ボーリングやカラオケなど盛りだくさんなラウンド１で、みんなで最高の夜を過ごそう！そして、火曜日（4月20日）PM７：００からゲームナイトIN登戸を企画してます☆ゲームや音楽を、スナック食べながらみんなで楽しもう♪　参加希望の方は、下記のメルアドまで♪

Ohanami Ohanami United+Branch♪

Last Saturday at FUSE Jesus Community was an awesome doubly-special event. There was a picnic lunch underneath the beautiful cherry blossoms to start our celebration off, along with a couple of games. Then at LivezoneZ we had special guest gospel singers "United Branch" do some music. We also had a fun game and a message from Mark on the power of joy.　前回のFJCでは、2つのスペシャルイベントが重なって最高にHappyでした☆町田の芹が谷公園でのお花見Partyにはたくさんの仲間が駆けつけ、最高のお花見Partyになったね！そして、３PMのFJCではUnited+Branchをスペシャルゲストに迎え、最高なゴスペル音楽を堪能♪　マークのメッセージは、「喜びのチカラ」！永遠に続く喜びは、神さまが私たちに与えてくれる最高なGood News!
