Rock, Paper, Marriage...

FUSE Jesus Community was AMAZING!! What a great day-- so many new friends, some powerful music and a message about something that every one of us has thought about! Joining us this week were some friends coming all the way from Delaware! They are four very funny guys! In fact, one of them, Shane, led us in a game of team "paper-rock-scissors". 前回のFUSEも最高だった！新しい友達との出会い、パワフルな音楽とみんなが気になるトピックを題材にしたメッセージ！そして今週はアメリカ・デラウェア州からCoolな4人の若者が来日してくれた！そのメンバーの一人、Shaneが風変わりなジャンケンポンゲームをリード。盛り上がったね！

The leader of the team, Matt, played with the FUSE band this week! He was a great addition! Mark, another guy from Delaware, shared his life story with us. He talked about how he found an escape from a lifestyle of drugs and other bad habits. He shared the key to happiness, and how he found what he had been searching all that time!　デラウェアチームのリーダー、Mattも今週はFUSEバンドに加わり、さらにパワーアップ！そして、別のチームメンバーであるMarkによるライフストーリー。かつてはドラッグなどの悪い習慣に溺れる毎日で人生破滅に向かっていたけど、イエスと出会ったことで、これまで満たされなかった心の穴が埋められ、今どれだけ最高の人生を送っているか、熱く語ってくれました！

Later, Mark, FUSE Jesus Community's pastor, shared with us a great message about marriage! We have all thought about marriage, and this was a great message on the perspective of marriage. Mark shared the keys from the Bible about how to have a great marriage. One thing he said sounded like a contradiction to the things he had been saying in the messages about Finding Mr./Ms. Right and Making a Move. What was that contradiction, and how did it work together with the other messages? Fuseより2つイベント情報のお知らせがあります！

一つ目は... Delaware Teamと遊ぼう！です☆ピンポンやゲーム、そしてミュージシャンでもある彼らとジャムセッションでコラボもあり…?楽器持参もOKです！11/13 (Sat 土曜) 18:00Start スタート♪場所は登戸エクレシアキリスト教会地下にて☆場所がわからない人は、小田急線登戸駅改札口にて１７：５０に待ち合わせします！スナック一品持ち寄りでお願いします♪

We have a couple of events coming up!

The first one is... the hang out time with our friends from Delaware, USA!! It will be on 11/13 (Sat) at Noborito Ekklesia Christian church basement. We’re going to play ping pong, games, and even jam with the team…? Bring your instruments if you want! And please also bring a snack to share! We'll be standing at Odakyu Noborito Station ticket gate to go together so if you don't know how to get there, meet us at station 17:50!

二つ目のイベントは...FUSEクリスマスディナーパーティ☆12/19 (日曜) FUSE 終了後 17:30～町田駅近郊のレストランにて☆参加したい！という方は12/2 (日曜)までにthefuse09@gmail.comへメールしてください！予算は一人1,500-2,000円くらいになる予定です！
The second one is... FUSE Christmas Dinner Party on 12/19 (SUN) after FUSE from 17:30! It will be at a restaurant nearby Machida Station. If you are interested, please contact us to thefuse09@gmail.com by 12/2 (SUN)! It will be approximately 1,500-2,000yen per person. It's going to be an awesome evening!!

The Next Step to... Halloween? :D

At FUSE Jesus Community last Sunday, we had a great time together! With old friends and new friends, we got together, enjoyed some great music and then a great message! But first, we had some fun celebrating Halloween! Even Darth Vader, Pikachu and Elmo joined us for a while! For our game, we had a costume relay race, that left many of us laughing!　新しい友達との出会い、そして久しぶりの友達との再会・・・最高な音楽とメッセージでエネルギーチャージ！前回も最高なフューズだった！そして今回はハロウィン・サンデーでもあったよね♪ダースベーダーやピカチュウ、エルモがバンドで演奏してる・・・？！そしてゲームもハロウィン仕様－コスチュームリレーでみんなたっぷり笑いあったね☆

During the message time, Mark shared with us on how to "make the next move" successfully-- from being friends to "more than friends". It was a really helpful message, and he shared some important points! In FUSE Jesus Community, we think it's really important to have great relationships and that it's possible! So, for many of us looking for that Right Partner, learning how to take the next step was something we wanted to learn! Finding that Special Someone!

Sunday, at FUSE Jesus Community, we had a great time talking about relationships!! We continued our series on relationships that we had begun two weeks ago! Before we started the message though, we had music from the FJC Band! Debuting was our friend Tomo on drums! What a great job he did! Ty brought us a fun puzzle game with cups that was challenging for our teams competing! 前回のフューズ・ジーザス・コミュニティでは、ドラムのTOMOがFUSEバンドデビューを果たしました！！！イェイ♪そしてゲームコーナーではTyがクレイジーなパズルゲームをリード。みんな盛り上がってた！

Afterward, Mark and Yuiko brought us the message about Finding Mr./Ms. Right! Everyone was listening really attentively!! Mark brought up a really important point that is often overlooked in finding that special person! Freedom... and a FULL Weekend!!!

FUSE Jesus Community was AWESOME last Sunday! Were you there?? Last Sunday, we had lots of old friends and new friends join us at FJC! It was great! Friends from all over the world!! 前回のフューズ・ジーザス・コミュニティ・・・超やばいくらい最高じゃなかった？？これを読んでるみんなは来てくれたかな？懐かしい友達や新しい友達との出会い、もうとにかく最高な週末だった！

We had excellent music from a very talented FUSE band and a fun game from the Grand Junction team! Two teams competed to see who could make a "mummy" the fastest! Also, Jeremy later shared with us his life story and how Jesus helped him to overcome a very terrible situation in his life! Also, our good friend Joe G. shared with us a message about freedom. Why do we need freedom? Freedom from what?? Also this last weekend, we had many other things happening like... a Baptism Party in Enoshima! Congratulations to Saki and Tatsu on their baptism!! We love you! Later, we celebrated a few birthdays for FUSE members (while continuing to celebrate the awesome baptisms!)... And Sunday, to finish and spend a few last hours with our Grand Junction friends, we went out to karaoke! Many people were impressed by the talent of our new friends!! The weekend was fun and full of memories!! そして、先週の土曜はもうひとつの最高な出来事があった。それは、洗礼パーティin江ノ島！！Ｓａｋｉ＆Ｔａｔｓｕ、おめでとう！！二人のこと超愛してるよ！！そしてその後は今月誕生日を迎える5人の仲間のバースデーパーティもして大盛り上がり☆そしてパーティムード覚めやらぬ中、日曜夜はＧＪチームと過ごす最後の夜ということで、カラオケナイトで盛り上がりました♪歌の上手な人がたくさんいてすごかった！すんごい思い出がたくさんうまれた週末だった！

Friends, friends and more friends!!!

What a great Sunday at FUSE Jesus Community we had with our new friends from GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO!! It was a fantastic afternoon, as we did just what the message was about-- enjoy friendships! Joe, known as JoeG, who returned to America earlier this year, returned with a group of friends! He also joined the FUSE band this weekend to bring back some great music to us!　前回のフューズ・ジーザス・コミュニティにはたっくさんの新しい人が集まってくれたよ！そして、アメリカ・コロラド州より7人の仲間がフューズに来てくれた！そしてメッセージは友情について・・・みんな興味たっぷりなトピックだよね☆今年の初めまでＦｕｓｅ　Ｂａｎｄでギタリストとして活躍していたＪｏｅ　Ｇも久々にバンドに加わり、最高なひとときだった！

The guys from Grand Junction brought us an entertaining game with candy, while another brought us his life story! It was very encouraging to hear from him. Later Mark shared his first message in the series on relationships! Sunday's message was on Friendships and how to enjoy them. Mark gave 4 basic building blocks for how to have successful and meaningful relationships. It was an awesome message, and so many people were encouraged! VISION Sunday!

We had quite an interesting Sunday afternoon at FUSE Jesus Community! It was a great afternoon, and everyone seemed excited and ready to see what would happen! Many people felt touched by the music from the FUSE band! Afterward, Mike brought us a fun new game called Up and Down, and the guys had a very active time playing it! 前回のフューズ・ジーザス・コミュニティも楽しい午後のひと時を最高な仲間たちと一緒に過ごしました！ＦｕｓｅＢａｎｄの賛美最高！みんなたくさん励ましをもらったよ！そしてマイクのゲームコーナーではボーイズが超アクティブなゲームで大活躍！

After some more great music from the FUSE band, Mark brought us a message about the importance of vision in our life! Without vision, or a place to go, we won't go anywhere! Builders of... People!

Sunday at FUSE Jesus Community, we had a great time with a lot of wonderful people!! It was pretty awesome! We had a few new friends also join us, including a new friend from America who came especially to be with us! After some cool music from the FUSE band, we joined in a game of teamwork to try to interpret pictures that we drew on people's backs. It was fun!前回のフューズ・ジーザス・コミュニティにもたくさんのワンダフルな人たちが集まってくれた！楽しかったー♪アメリカから来てくれた新しい仲間も加え、フューズは毎回成長して行っているよ！フューズ・バンドの音楽の後は、チームワークを競い合うピクチャーゲーム。みんな最高だったね！

Afterward, Mark shared with us about building other people up in the final message in the series on leadership. What a great way to end the series!! He gave some great keys to how to learn to build people up and encourage people. What is the key to maintaining great relationships with people?
